One Mission:
Accelerate the transition
to AI powered healthcare
How we got here
Founded in 2018
Cameron Andrews, our Founder and President, started Sirona to reimagine from first principles how radiology is practiced in the AI-age.
Five Years of Deep R&D
From 2018-2023, Sirona built alongside an incredible group of design partners and practices. These practices and physicians believed in Sirona from the idea stage, and we wouldn't be here without them.
RadOS Launched in 2023
In November 2023, Sirona launched RadOS publicly. In the two years that followed, usage grew dramatically as practices across the country consolidated onto a single cloud-native platform.
Our values
Hospitality first
Our product is hospitality, not software. We want to be more than the best radiology IT vendor, we want to be our customer's and our employee's favorite business to work with.
Operate with humility
The problems we solve at Sirona require more expertise than can fit in one human mind. Every part of Sirona is a team sport. We take pride as a team, and as an individual player, operate with humility always. The physicians we serve are the stars of the show.
Be authentic
Authenticity is the foundation of trust, and our customers' trust is the foundation of our business. As a result, we don't censor or stylize ourselves - we are our most authentic selves, always. As a result, who we are as a company is as deeply authentic as our team is.
Care for others
For everyone at Sirona, being of service and caring for others is what brings us the most joy in life. We only need a small handful of inspired, ambitious people to change healthcare - so we treat each other as decade-long colleagues from day one, because according to the plan, we will be.
Unapologetically ambitious
The first industry reporters called Sirona "irrationally ambitious." They were right - and we built Sirona anyways. While healthcare IT is beset by mediocrity masquerading as practicality, at Sirona, we build what radiology needs most - solutions, not stop-gaps.
Leadership
Sirona’s leadership team directly led Powerscribe360 from inception to monopoly, McKesson PACS from two installs to 25% market share, the engineering of Amazon’s logistics engine from pre to post-IPO, commercial at AIDoc to from $20-50m, and more.

Cameron Andrews
Founder & President
Cameron Andrews grew up around private practice radiologists and started Sirona to build a new generation of tools physicians need to advance patient care. He studied biology and computer science at Stanford, doing his graduate work through Stanford's Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine & Imaging (AIMI). He spent three years working at Lux Capital, a $4B venture capital firm, where he focused on evaluating companies at the intersection of AI and medicine.
