What is the Amplify SDK and how is it different from traditional PACS integrations?

Amplify SDK is a set of APIs giving developers complete access to unified DICOM data, event streams, and Sirona's infrastructure. Traditional integrations require separate connectors for Sectra, Agfa, Intelerad — months each, per-hospital deployment. Amplify SDK: build once, run on Sirona's infrastructure, reach every practice on Sirona. You build for the platform, not for individual hospitals.

What data can my algorithm access through Amplify SDK?

DICOM pixel data, structured reports (DICOM SR and free text), prior studies and history, worklist context, patient demographics, clinical annotations, findings from other algorithms, and the full event stream of every action in the workflow — all through one unified data API.

How does Borvo orchestration benefit my algorithm?

Borvo routes every study to the right algorithms by modality, anatomy, protocol, and prior results. Your algorithm receives context about what other algorithms have already analyzed, can trigger additional algorithms, and can query prior findings. Algorithms work together rather than in isolation.

How does reimbursement work?

As of July 2025, CMS recognizes Category I CPT codes for AI-generated findings in radiology. Sirona is building support for billing and revenue distribution. Your model shifts from sales cycles to pure clinical value — better algorithms earn more.
