AI Orchestration

One pane of glass. Many algorithms. Zero friction.

Sirona's agentic AI orchestration commands multiple FDA-cleared algorithms and surfaces results inline with your study. No separate viewers, no extra clicks. Automation stays invisible.

How Sirona is Different

Agentic orchestration, not API plumbing

Traditional AI integration is dumb piping — you bolt algorithms onto a platform and radiologists see separate results, separate viewers, separate workflows. Sirona's orchestration layer is intelligent and agentic. It understands clinical context, decides which algorithms to invoke, and prioritizes what surfaces — presenting the results to the radiologist, who stays the decision-maker. Think of it like Claude: one agent that can command twenty specialized tools simultaneously. Open a study and Sirona can run whole categories of AI in parallel — screening, detection, anatomical labeling, quality assurance, prior comparison — and bring the outputs back in one place.

The orchestration engine

Sirona's AI orchestration layer integrates third-party and proprietary algorithms into a unified, intelligent system. Multiple FDA-cleared medical device algorithms work in parallel, and results surface inline.

Multi-Algorithm Orchestration

Command multiple specialized AI algorithms simultaneously. Sirona prioritizes results by clinical relevance and presents them to the radiologist in one place.

Integration Model

Inline, not siloed

Third-party AI results appear directly on the images you're reading — overlays, callouts, and measurements in context. No separate windows, no mental context switching. Lung-cancer screening findings appear on the scout, thyroid detections appear on the ultrasound, Sirona's anatomic labeling appears on the spine. One unified reading experience.

Pixel-level integration with DICOM data

Automatic result prioritization by clinical relevance

Seamless multi-vendor algorithm orchestration

Quality Assurance

QualityAssist catches errors when they happen, not before they happen

While you dictate, Sirona's agentic QualityAssist monitors your report in real time — continuously evaluating findings, detecting discrepancies between dictation and images, identifying missing anatomy, and flagging potential errors. Corrections appear as suggestions you can accept, reject, or refine — never interrupting your flow.

Anatomic Linking

Anatomic Navigator connects pixels and words like never before

Anatomic Navigator ties anatomic structures in the images to their places in the report template. That link is what lets third-party AI be orchestrated in context — scroll to the liver, and liver AI results surface right there, in that anatomic context. The principal example in production today is spine labeling: click a disc level in the report and land on it in the pixels.

FAQs

How many third-party algorithms can Sirona orchestrate?

Sirona orchestrates multiple algorithms in parallel. We natively integrate best-in-class third-party algorithms. The orchestration layer prioritizes results by clinical relevance, so radiologists see the most important findings first without cognitive overload.

Do I see results from all algorithms, or just the most relevant ones?

Sirona's agentic orchestration surfaces results intelligently. The most clinically relevant findings appear prominently on your images; additional findings are available in a secondary panel. You control the level of detail, and you can drill into any algorithm's raw output if needed.

How does QualityAssist work without slowing down dictation?

QualityAssist runs silently in the background, continuously analyzing your report as you dictate. When it detects a potential error (missing anatomy, inconsistent findings, measurement issues), it presents a subtle suggestion you can accept, ignore, or refine — all without pausing your workflow.

Can I integrate my own proprietary AI algorithms with Sirona?

That's on our roadmap. The RadOS SDK is designed to let partners build custom clinical workflows and integrate proprietary algorithms directly into the orchestration layer. Contact our product team about early access.

Are third-party AI results eligible for separate billing codes?

For FDA-cleared algorithms such as lung-cancer screening protocols, yes. Sirona surfaces eligible usage for your billing workflow, with CPT reference and compliance documentation built into reporting.

Is Sirona's orchestration compliant with FDA regulations on AI/ML?

Sirona develops under a regulated, design-controlled SDLC, and every integrated third-party algorithm must itself be an FDA-cleared medical device. We maintain compliance documentation for every algorithm in the orchestration layer and update it as regulations evolve.
