No servers. Sirona is cloud-native, and your readers work in Google Chrome with the Sirona RadOS Manager extension — no VPN client, no workstation image. Studies reach them by progressive image streaming over a global CDN. Connecting a client site to Sirona uses an encrypted tunnel or an edge router, which we configure for you. Everlight will deploy Sirona across its entire global operation.

Routing in Sirona is rules you configure, not a black box. You build worklists filtered by site, modality, and the criteria your practice chooses, and share them across sites and readers. A reader claims a case and it locks, so two people never open the same study; when they sign, the next eligible study loads automatically. SLA columns show what is due. Sirona does not use AI to assign studies.

Yes. The unified worklist consolidates studies from all your client sites into one queue. You can build a worklist per client or per contract, filter by the criteria each agreement requires, and track turnaround against each SLA from the worklist's SLA columns.

Sirona is an FDA Class II device company, and the reporter is part of a Class I device product. The Sirona Advanced Imaging Suite — multi-planar reconstruction and PET-CT fusion with quantitative SUV analysis — received FDA 510(k) clearance in October 2025.
